内容	We find the structure and localization of the spectrum of differential operators modeling internal waves for general domains in three-dimensional rotating stratified fluid. For the particular cases of parallelepipeds and cylinders, we find the explicit form of the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions which form a complete set in L2.
