アブストラクト
：
力学系の研究における一つの有力な手法は、与えられた
力学系を記号力学系と呼ばれる力学系に帰着させることである。
記号力学系は一次元格子の振動を表すモデルと見ることができるので、
統計力学とのアナロジーを用いて元の力学系を詳しく調べることができ、
平衡状態と呼ばれる不変確率測度の構成を通じて周期点の分布や不変集合の
Hausdorff次元などについて多くのことがわかる。本講演ではまず、
典型的な一様双曲的力学系であるSmaleの馬蹄に統計力学とのアナロジーを
用いて得られる古典的結果(Sinai, Ruelle, Bowen, Lanford,…)をいくつか紹介する。
そして、馬蹄がホモクリニック分岐によって一様双曲性を失い崩壊し始める
まさにその瞬間に対して、これらの古典的結果がどの程度拡張されうるか、
という問題について得られた最近の講演者らの結果を紹介する。

On the Narasimhan-Seshadri correspondence for real and quaternionic vector bundles.

：
The Narasimhan-Seshadri theorem establishes a correspondence between stable holomorphic vector bundles over a compact Riemann surface $X$ and irreducible projective unitary representations of the fundamental group of that surface. When $X$ represents an algebraic curve defined over the field of real numbers, there is an induced Galois action on stable holomorphic vector bundles, whose fixed points exhibit remarkable algebraic properties: they are either real or quaternionic holomorphic vector bundles and semi-stable such bundles behave very similarly to semi-stable holomorphic vector bundles. In particular, there is a symplectic description of moduli spaces of semi-stable real and quaternionic vector bundles of fixed topological type, which, under the assumption that $X$ has real points, implies that the Narasimhan-Seshadri map is Galois-equivariant.
In this talk, I shall discuss the Narasimhan-Seshadri correspondence in the context of real and quaternionic vector bundles and show how it leads to a simple, differential-geometric proof of the existence of stable algebraic vector bundles that are definable over the field of real numbers.

「科学技術立国」を標榜し20世紀後半に世界第2位の経済大国に成長した日本であるが、21世紀に入って国内の産業構造と国際関係の変化に伴い、産業の国際競争力の低下が懸念されている。
このような状況の中で、繰り返された政権交代の結果、金融緩和・財政出動・成長戦略の３つの複合経済政策に国民的期待が集まっている。しかし、真の日本再生には、このような経済政策だけでは不十分であり、真の国際競争力の強化につながる「科学技術立国から科学技術創造立国への転換」が急務である。
そこで、本講演では、今日の日本と世界が直面する問題を抽出する。そして、その問題解決の糸口を探るために、人類が体験した3つの産業革命（動力革命・重化学工業革命・デジタル情報革命）とその推進原理の本質を追求する。次に、第4の産業革命を展望すると共にこれを牽引する新たな理工学への期待について述べることとする。

Poisson Algebras Associated to Twisted Dirac Structures and Extended Symmetries

In this talk we define Poisson algebras of admissible functions associated to Dirac structures twisted by a background 3-form and we will recall the standard cases associated to Dirac structures defined by graphs of non-degenerate 2-forms and other natural examples. We will also present the relationship between the extended symmetries of exact Courant algebroids over a manifold, the Poisson algebras of admissible functions associated to twisted Dirac structures when acted by Lie groups and Dirac reduction. We will show that the usual homomorphisms of Lie algebras between the algebras of infinitesimal symmetries of the action, vector fields on the manifold and the Poisson algebra of observables (appearing in symplectic geometry) generalize to natural maps of Leibniz algebras induced both by the extended action and compatible moment maps associated to it in the context of twisted Dirac structures.

Tiling is a countable set of polygons which can overlap only on their borders and cover the Euclidean plane.
In 1970s Penrose found an example of tiling which does not have complete order in the sense that it is not periodic,
but has some degree of order in the sense that if we look at some parts of the tiling, we can obtain partial information
about the other parts of the tiling. In this talk I shall discuss my work on this incomplete order through the study of distribution of configuratoins in tilings.

粗Baum-Connes予想は、適切な性質をもつ距離空間に対して、
その粗幾何的性質だけで決まる二つのある種のホモロジー群が、
ある種の指数写像によって、同型となることを主張する。 これは、
Baum-Connes予想の非同変版の粗幾何版である。この予想は、
Novikov予想など微分トポロジーと深い関係にあることから、興味を
持たれている。本講演では、いくつかの距離空間や語距離を入れた
有限生成群について、粗Baum-Connes予想が正しいこと、および、
二つの粗幾何的ホモロジー群がコロナと呼ばれる境界を使って計算
されることを紹介する。
本講演は東北大学の深谷友宏氏との共同研究に基づく。

For a proper semistable curve over a DVR of mixed characteristics we
reprove the ”in- variant cycles theorem” with trivial coefficients by
Chiarellotto i.e. the group of elements annihilated by the monodromy
operator on the first de Rham cohomology group of the generic fiber
coincides with the first rigid cohomology group of the special fiber,
without the hypothesis that the residue field is finite. This is done
using the explicit description of the monodromy operator on the de
Rham cohomology of the generic fiber with coefficients convergent
F-isocrystals given in a work of Coleman and Iovita. We apply these
ideas to the case where the coefficients are unipotent convergent
F-isocrystals defined on the special fiber: we show that the invariant
cycles theorem does not hold in general in this setting. Moreover we
give a sufficient condition for the non exactness. It is a joint work
with B. Chiarellotto, R. Coleman and A. Iovita.

We establish the global existence and uniqueness of classical solutions to the three-dimensional full compressible Navier-Stokes system with smooth initial data which are of small energy but possibly large oscillations where the initial density is allowed to vanish. Moreover, for the initial data, which may be discontinuous and contain vacuum states, we also obtain the global existence of weak solutions. These results generalize previous ones on classical and weak solutions for initial density being strictly away from vacuum, and are the first for global classical and weak solutions which may have large oscillations and can contain vacuum states.

円周上の擬対称写像全体からなる群は普遍タイヒミュラー空間に対する写像類群に相当するものであり，微分同相写像群はこの部分群である．また一様擬対称群とよばれるものは，普遍タイヒミュラー空間に固定点をもつことが知られていて，したがって擬対称写像によりメビウス変換群に共役となる．この講演では，微分同相写像群にある種の可積分条件を課し，一様可積分擬対称群となるものについて考え，その固定点の位置を可積分性や微分の階数から調べる方法について述べる

| 概要 | ： | We establish the global existence and uniqueness of classical solutions to the three-dimensional full compressible Navier-Stokes system with smooth initial data which are of small energy but possibly large oscillations where the initial density is allowed to vanish. Moreover, for the initial data, which may be discontinuous and contain vacuum states, we also obtain the global existence of weak solutions. These results generalize previous ones on classical and weak solutions for initial density being strictly away from vacuum, and are the first for global classical and weak solutions which may have large oscillations and can contain vacuum states. |

| 要旨 | ： | 円周上の擬対称写像全体からなる群は普遍タイヒミュラー空間に対する写像類群に相当するものであり，微分同相写像群はこの部分群である．また一様擬対称群とよばれるものは，普遍タイヒミュラー空間に固定点をもつことが知られていて，したがって擬対称写像によりメビウス変換群に共役となる．この講演では，微分同相写像群にある種の可積分条件を課し，一様可積分擬対称群となるものについて考え，その固定点の位置を可積分性や微分の階数から調べる方法について述べる |
